Exchange and return method:
1 - Contact customer service by sending a WhatsApp message to the store number, including the type of products you wish to return or exchange, specifying the alternative products and sizes, and explaining the reason for the return or exchange.
2 - You will receive a message with the product shipping policy number on your WhatsApp number or a text message on the mobile number registered in the order. Through this message, you can deliver the product to the shipping company or wait for the shipping company representative to pick up the products from your home.
3- Place the product in the original package and make sure the package is tightly closed.
4- The refund period after we receive the product ranges from 2 to 14 working days.
Exchange and return terms:
1 - The return period is 2 days and the exchange period is 7 days from the date you receive the order from the shipping company. There is one day for return and 3 days for exchange if there are items in the order that have promotional offers or discount coupons.
2 - Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. We cannot return used products if they are damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
3- We do not accept returned goods without checking with us first.
4 - The cost of shipping the return or replacement shall be borne by the customer unless it is due to an error on the part of the Royal Black Store . The customer shall also bear the costs of shipping the replacement products back to him.
5 - If shipping is free according to a certain purchase limit and some items are returned and the value of the remaining products with the customer is less than the free shipping limit, the order fee will be added to the customer.
6- In the event that the order is returned without error by the Royal Black Store and there is no defect in the product, the customer shall bear the costs of shipping the order to him and reshipping it to the Royal Black Store.
7- Special requests and modifications based on the customer’s request, such as adding (zipper, snaps, buttons, pockets, etc.) cannot be exchanged or returned at all.
8- We do not accept returns or exchanges of masks or niqabs.
9- The customer has the right to replace or return his purchase order in whole or in part only once.
